careful of when and how you use exaggeration, sarcasm, or irony.

indulge in little white lies or cover-ups.

Watch
out for silent lies.

When
you catch yourself lying, throw your mouth into reverse.

Talk
to yourself. Ask yourself, “How do I really feel about this? What’s the best
thing to do? How can I keep my commitment to myself?”
10. Treat yourself when you tell the
truth even when it’s hard to do.
